CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ARTICLE?

When you purchase items from www.solito.eu, you are entitled to return your purchase during a period of 14 calendar days, calculated from the day following the day on which you received the product in your capacity as a customer. Return delivery is at your own expense (unless we have made a mistake or there is something wrong with the product).

Product(s) which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:

  • It must be in new condition.
  • It must include the Solito brand label.
  • It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • It must be complete (i.e. together with the box as a original product).
  • It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box (we recommend neutral, not showing a logo), so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.

Solito reserves the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure and we will request first that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

How does this work in practice?

Within 14 calendar days, counting from the day of their delivery at the right destination, complete the return information on the website from which you purchased the product.

  • After receiving your information by email , we will do the necessary to send you by email "the return label".
  • Put the label on the box you will send back.
  • You can send back your return by bringing it to the nearest parcel shop or use courier services.

Note 1: It's important to put the original invoice into the box.

Note 2: It's also very important to fill in our return procedure correctly and thoroughly for several reasons:

  • Based on the reason of return we will decide who is responsible for extra charge of delivery.
  • You need to put your correct address details to avoid wrong collections.

Any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always enclose the returns slip.

If your returned package reaches us within 14 days, counting from the day of their delivery at the right destination and in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the goods have reached us.

  • If you paid for your order by credit card, the credit card you used to pay for the products returned will be credited, less any sums due.
  • If you paid for your order by some other form of payment, the refund will be made by means of a transfer to the bank account number you stated on the returns document.

Please note: you will only be reimbursed the original delivery charge where you exercise your statutory right to cancel as described below. In all other cases return postage costs will NOT be refunded. In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the goods ordered.

The consumer is entitled to inform the company that he or she wishes to revoke the purchase, without paying a penalty or stating the reasons for doing so, within 14 calendar days calculated from the day following the delivery of the good.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED ARTICLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for any damaged, incorrect or missing articles. Please contact us within 7 days at info@solito.eu and we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. The costs of the return delivery will then be refunded.
